Frozen Watermelon

Since summer is almost coming up, I thought it would be awesome to share this new recipe with you. Its really simple, and doesn't require much effort.

Ingredients:
  • One Watermelon ( Depends on how much you make)
  • A freezer
  • One blender
  • One mint leaf or sprig of rosemary ( Optional)
  •  Glass cup and spoon
Directions:
There are actually different ways to create Frozen Watermelon. It depends on how you cut it or how long you choose to freeze it. One way is to cut them into slices with the green outside on the bottom. Then all you have to do is to stick them in the freezer until they freeze. The other way is to cut them into small slices and blend them with crushed ice. Make sure you don't blend them too much or else it liquifies too much. Put in in the freezer, and when ready- add a mint leaf or a sprig of rosemary to make it both delicious and pretty. Then find a bowl or cup, stick a spoon in, and Voila! You have Frozen Watermelon!
Serves as many as you make. One blender full would probably serve three people depending on the cup size.
